      Too many managers. Jerks run this place

      Pros

      The company pays well. PTO is 2 weeks annually. Be prepared to be bullied by managers. Don't fall for traps and only the way to defend oneself is to run to HR. Floor Employees have many years of smarts. If you are a jerk male or female you will fit in well.

      Cons

      It was odd that almost everyone in the front office had word "manager" in their job title. Managers never were present in the office. No positivity; only "you're wrong" mentality. Constant changing production plant. They would move machines by 2 inches due to mgmnt OCD. If it aint broke why fix it.
