Pros
A lot of friendly people you will enjoy getting to know! Large break room with a cantina and a large fridge for storage of perishable goods
Cons
My position had me outdoors in the summer which I knew going in. That didn’t make it any less hot! Some bad tan lines were had, however the company provided my coworker and me with a tent as well as a fan to combat the heat. Also the work involved a pressure washer so that was also a way to keep cool. We were allowed many breaks due to the heat.
