Starting salary was ok for a starting salary at $70k a year

Cons

Very clique-ish. They didn't want a newcomer. They set people up to fail. Worst place I've ever worked- it even beat Iraq as far as bad work environment!

People were very friendly from the first time I walked in the door for an interview. They were very dedicated to meeting the customer needs, continuously improving the operations, and involving employees.

Cons

Can not think of any areas for improvement. The company understood what needed to be improved any systematically made the improvements keeping employees informed of priorities.
