      They invest in their locations with potential. Their strategy has worked with recent stock value increasing rapidly over the last two years. Stable company.

      Cons

      Behind the times on people management and development. IT systems are archaic with supporting systems very hard to get investment in. In modern day of needing network solutions to systems management a bit underwhelming.

      Working for Avery Dennison for 12 years and then got bought by CCL Industries in July 2013.

      Pros

      No much .. maybe the free coffee

      Cons

      Underpaid and given a junior position , where in reality I was administering and supporting the whole IT infrastructure at the site . I gave everything and more to the organization and shown the door . FRAMED and LIED TO I was let go in Jan 2015 after asking for a title change to Sr. Systems Administrator for 2 years ... very disappointed .. no consideration for people . I am really considering taking this to our local papers
