Pros

The best thing about working here is the casual enviornment. People are friendly and laid back, the dress code is casual, we often wear jeans and sweatshirts. As long as the work is done, no one really cares how you look.

Cons

The best thing is also sometimes the worst. The office can occasionally be too casual in the sense that some people forget we have so much to do and start slacking. There are often people standing around not doing much.
