The office banter was alright

Cons

People making simple tasks take longer and be more inefficient, lots of sitting around looking busy. Boring work inputting details onto spreadsheets or tracking down orders. Required to come into work over holiday period where no work got done.

Nice people, clean work environment, air conditioning (office and production), secure work place, regular plantwide meetings, great medical and dental plans, good company growth, current, state of the art technology and equipment, standard equipment throughout the sites.

Cons

Training programs, work hour flexibility, open-office concept (difficult to focus), old-school management style, continuous improvement is lacking (reactive instead of proactive). Work load. Too much overtime. Lack career opportunities.
