      Pros

      If you are interested in a job where you are overloaded, understaffed, and don't innovate this you will fit right in as an engineer here.

      Cons

      Benefits are expensive, annual raise isn't even up to cost of living level, compensation and chance for advancement are slim unless you know the right people. Complicate global Managment structure that is bloated and filled with friends of CEO and other top directors. Work isn't very steady and lots of dark days. They also like to close plants often and merge into other plants without any strategic planning. Not a good structured company or innovative company.
