Pros

CCMC does a wonderful job of hiring good people and treating them with respect. CCMC has been around since 1973, has a great reputation with HOA's and is able to weather the changing real estate markets with diversified business strategies.

Cons

Pay is slightly lower than others, but the many upsides outweigh this for many roles.

Pros

You have flexibility in your work due to events. If you have a good manager you will have a great experience in the company.

Cons

Can be pretty exhausting and if you have a bad manager you can have a terrible experience in the company. No maternity leave.
