CCMSI has great leaders, good pay, in-depth training and cares about their employees.

Cons

None except Covid has put a damper on regular fun events that would be held in the offices but can’t because most are working remotely right now.

Poor initial system training - need to be able to figure things out No growth potential for remote workers
