Pros

I enjoyed working here as an intern. Great learning opportunity, and really nice people in the office.

Cons

Sometimes the work got a little repetitive.

Pros

No supervision. Great job for slackers.

Cons

Worst management ever; This is a company for poor performers; Supervisor and managers' diaries are so far behind they can't call you out for yours, but that doesn't stop the hypocrisy. Lots of "play time." Absolutely no customer focus. Blatant favoritism, which will get you lower caseloads. So much corporate bureaucracy for such a small company. They profess "low caseloads" on their website. Not sure if 180 - 190 is considered "low" at any company. Be prepared to clean up others' messes when they don't do their jobs.

Pros

Not only is there plenty of PTO, but the availability to Flex every week (minus holidays, or office events) but the availability to work from home if you are not flexing, twice a week. Every year in Oct we all get raises, in addition to 1 bonus if its all done it time, you might get it before thanksgiving, after all the reviews are done

Cons

Really enjoyed working here at the beginning, but it slowly went down hill from there. No matter what I was doing or had a comment on something I was always in the wrong because I was the newest hire, youngest at that time and this was my first "big job" No only was there favoritism in the Scottsdale office but also a very big turn over as far as adjusters go. Assistants seem to have stayed the same since I have been hired. They have mentioned repeatedly the "core values" and as far as I am concerned this office does not follow them what so ever. A new hire could see the drama of the office working less then a month.
