I got hired at the company and right away I was placed at their clients location, (Clark County School District) to handle Liability Claims and asst the Senior Adjuster. After doing nothing regarding adjusting and nothing to do with my skill-set, I was fired after about five months due to them overhearing one of my phone conversations with a Claimant (I am also a private investigator) that was outside on my break. They had no other reasoning besides stating that I wasn't the right fit for their client, etc. I know that this firing had to do with not being "clicky" with the other employees and feeling a little awkward regarding their unorganized settlement with this new client (CCSD). There was quite a bitter argument constantly between the client letting go of their claims and CCMSI handling the claims. It was like walking on egg-shells the entire time and very uncomfortable.
