Pros

Valued the structure and protocols, providers were great educators and nice to work with. Peer nurses were warm, for the most part always a team atmosphere in helping each other out.

Cons

Nurses were not always supported or valued by management. High turnover in nurses, no incentive to stay. High turnover leads to peer/senior nurses getting dumped on as it takes a long time to train replacements.

The staff on the same level is like family.

Cons

Dr Schoolcraft is entitled and a jerk. He will expect you to hold doors open for him and refuse to acknowledge your presence.
