Great changes happening to a company that needed a facelift administratively. New leadership is incredible. Polishing up some old really school mentality, bringing in some incredible talent, and creating such a great place to work. I absolutely LOVE it at CCRM!!!

At first it was pretty good, schedule and hours are flexible, the pay is okay, there was a hybrid schedule and everyone seemed out of the way when it came to your own personal workload. A new manager in my department came in, and turned the entire thing upside down and will harass and pick on specific people while not even keeping up with their own demands. It got so bad to the point where I almost reported for discrimination and bias. The manager was only here for about a few months before transferring internally and acting like they do not care about said department anymore, but turned the department upside down. Multiple employees having to go outside to have a breakdown, 5 people I knew were looking for new jobs desperately to get out from under her. It’s still not great, but now that the manager acts like we never existed things are slightly better, but I got a better offer before being able to watch it recover.
