The pay and benefits are decent. The work life balance is good. There are some amazing people who work there who do genuinely care.

Cons

The overall corporate culture is a mixture of good and bad, but the bad definitely outweighs the good. There are multiple top leaders who create a negative workplace culture that is impacting the entire organization. Overall, it’s not worth working there if you have another opportunity.

The culture among employees is so awesome. A true community of people. The pay is very competitive and the role is very engaging.

Cons

The management is pretty new and haven't gotten their bearings. Some managers are hands off, some micromanage.
