William Schoolcraft is an incredible man who has pioneered the industry. Incredible clinical team and lab.

Cons

Incredibly poor leadership from an organization with a great reputation from the outside. The CEO, Jon Pardew is solely focused on M&A instead of creating the infrastructure it so desperately needs. The place is an absolute mess on so many levels! Jon has not a clue how to run a large organization. He is doing the founder, Dr. William Schoolcraft a HUGE disservice. He will talk the talk but doesn't have the skills to follow-through. I made a horrible mistake moving to a company that has so much potential.

Annual performance bonus targets are easily met.

Cons

Senior and executive leadership is aware of organization problems and but does little to actually address the issues. Employee onboarding is disorganized and training is ineffectual. IT support is atrocious. Underperforming staff are not held accountable for their performance.
