Well, at least you get a paycheck.

Very cliquey - if you are not in the "inner circle" and a male you will not move up or grow at this company and you are made to feel invisible. Misogynistic work environment in general. Rigid, inflexible environment. There is no inherit logic in the reasoning behind this work environment, just seems dismissive of employees' happiness and work/life balance. Non-Competitive pay, unless you're C level or a doc. Absolutely no company culture.
