The pay and benefits are decent. The work life balance is good. There are some amazing people who work there who do genuinely care.

Cons

The overall corporate culture is a mixture of good and bad, but the bad definitely outweighs the good. There are multiple top leaders who create a negative workplace culture that is impacting the entire organization. Overall, it’s not worth working there if you have another opportunity.

They try to make it fun with pot lucks and employee activities, but it's only to help cover the COMPLETE DISFUNCTION!!

THEY LIE STRAIGHT TO YOUR FACE!!! Management WILL NOT address ANY concerns, give ANY direction or COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER!!! Our company was bought out and all the staff from the previous MD was "laid off" (me after 20 years with previous employer/MD) but nobody stays with the new company any longer than a year. They didn't even meet with anyone to even ask who was capable of what duties and wiped 3 departments clean of ANY staff. What does that do to the staff that has to pick up the pieces? THEY DO NOT CARE!!!!
