It’s only about the money. Executive management openly says they only care about how much money they can personally make. They don’t care about their employees and they don’t care about patients. As an employee you are expected to do more, more, more even if you are already going above and beyond it is never enough. And if you start to feel any kind of burnout from the ridiculous impossible standards you are striving for, then they will call you disgruntled. This is an abusive work environment with little support or empathy for their employees.

In the three years I worked there, this company spiraled into a complete mess. Once corporate took over, it quickly became about the bottom line and nothing else. Patient care suffered, and employees were leaving left and right because they weren't valued, shown by poor pay, poor benefits, and NONE of their input being used by the new corporate decision-makers. Good (GREAT) employees were replaced instead by people that did not care about the patients and were lazy workers. It was sad to watch and I'm glad I quit.
