Great if you want to work on State Of the Art Games

Pros

- Great projects, lots of creative freedom and ownership. - Even as a specialist or a Junior artist with little experience you have the chance to join a cutting-edge project and make a BIG impact. - Lots of trainings and developement opportunities. - This company will accelerate your progress as a specialist by a long shot. There is knowledge here that you will NOT learn anywhere else. - Cool swag and merch that's being given out very often. - Salaries improved about a year ago or so to meet the industry standart. - Outgoing and cool colleagues. Great company parties. - Blood, Sweat and hard work! This company will make you go above and beyond in your role. Can be very challenging, but also extremely rewarding! -Stunning offices.

Cons

-Some managers can be challenging to work with. -English language barriers amongst Polish workers. This is probably the biggest issue as it creates unclear communication and confusion. I hope CDPR works it out.

The company won't protect you from toxic management

Cons

The company's apparent lack of action when it comes to addressing issues related to toxicity is really concerning. Despite the company's outward commitment to safeguarding its employees, the reality on the ground suggests otherwise. The prevalence of toxic managerial behavior has not only led to burnouts but has also created dangerous situations and contributed to mental health issues among the workforce. What is particularly disheartening is the seeming lack of initiative to rectify these issues, especially in light of the increased scrutiny faced by the gaming industry in the 2020s for mistreating employees. It is alarming that, despite the heightened awareness and conversations around employee welfare, nothing substantial has been done within the company to address this. Some of the behaviors exhibited by certain executive leadership are not only unacceptable but could also be construed as dangerous. It is essential for the company to acknowledge and rectify these situations promptly to create a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. It's concerning to know that as an employee, you will not be protected, on the contrary. Really scary.
