Pros

-Attractive and exciting projects (both past and future) -Multicultural environment, good people in the trenches -Fun social engagements and parties -Top notch marketing department that listens to and engages with the studio's fanbase

Cons

-Insane and inhumane crunch cycles that will last for years -Management confuses between seniority and leadership leading to a lot of young and inexperienced leads, producers, directors... -No discernible project management practices. Crunch hours are there to alleviate the constant chaos. -Poor communication and documentation. -Broken and outdated tools and practices. -Poor retention of employees and no performance reviews. -Studio is located in the middle of nowhere. -Salary and benefits package is not worth the aforementioned problems.

Pros

Great people in the trenches, good two IP with perspectives for great games. Very good place to learn new things and improve your skill. In the end Warsaw is a really nice place to live. Pretty good salary for people from abroad, average for locals.

Cons

Typical flaws - middle management sucks and does not play any games. Talents are lost due to pressure, low salary or simple bullying or bad decisions. Long working hours, weekend work (sometimes paid sometimes not). Fake milestones just to increase the pressure. Company is on the Warsaw's stock exchange which creates additional pressure form the investors. Felt like a sect rather than a company. Bonus system is a joke - totally biased and rigged to reward middle management rather than the people that actually get the job done. Poor technology vision - programmers are usually a slaves to the rest of the team.
