As a software consultant, my position is very flexibility and I have a lot of autonomy. I work with a supportive and collaborative team.

Cons

The company and management does a poor job at communicating organization changes. The company doesn't do much in the way of community involvement or volunteering.

flexible time schedule, great pay and good bonus plan, nice people to work with, telecommuting is an option

Cons

many management changes and some inconsistencies with project management. Didn't think before they laid people off in terms of the gap that would have to be filled in their absence.
