      Pros

      Very good career progression for those who actually want to work Management flexible with the workers they can trust Opportunity for worldwide travel if that's your thing State of the art HQ Able to work from home (if you work hard and can be trusted) Top of the range product portfolio The benchmark company in wet material processing. You just need to look at the competitors copies of CDE machine from 10 years ago. Senior staff all approachable

      Cons

      Hard work (it isn't a holiday camp!) Company growing very fast which makes every day a challenge. Some people thrive on this, many don't survive More admin/non value added work and bureaucracy creeping in as the company grows which can be frustrating

      Pros

      None what was a good company is no longer.

      Cons

      Too little too late, management team a total shambles. Directors employed but find out only director in title, nothing else, still big divide to the inner sanctum. New blood brought in but then alienated and side lined.
