      Pros

      During my short time here, (6 months!) I’ve noticed how my perspective has changed; I’ve become much more motivated in the workplace, dedicated to driving change, and just an all-around happier person. These things wouldn’t be so notable if it weren’t for all the people at CDH. A lot of companies claim to be about culture, but CDH truly embodies their culture and beliefs: “Dedicated to supporting employee dreams and being difference makers for our clients and the community.” and “Honest, meaningful and lasting relationships with those who share our values.”

      Cons

      There are three separate offices, and it would be great to be able to interact with everyone on a more regular basis.

      Pros

      CDH has a values based culture that is unlike any in the industry. Very progressive mindset Partnership puts employees ahead of themselves International clientele and very diverse employee population

      Cons

      Transitioning into new leadership in 2019. Not necessarily a bad thing. Change is good but some might not view it as that.
