      Pros

      Several Medical plans to choose from. Generous PTO. All sorts of perks! Summer hours from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Strong Diversity inclusion initiative. This company cares about it's employees and their families. Managers and above are pleasant & approachable. No egos here. Those old posts from 2019 are from another era. I look forward to going to work every day. It is a wonderful environment. You are part of a team, we support each other.

      Cons

      There are no Cons. You will be busy during busy season, but it's an accounting & tax firm, goes without saying.

      Pros

      - Good benefits, 3 weeks PTO - Most people there are friendly and make an effort to get to know you - Company actively shows it cares about the wellbeing of employees - Office building is beautiful, office space is well maintained

      Cons

      - Training is not well structured. Often times I felt thrown into situations with far too little guidance beforehand. - Open office layout in the Chicago office was not my favorite, personally. Too loud and too many distractions during the workday. - Was often given conflicting information on how to do things while I was learning how to perform my job duties
