      Pros

      - Good benefits, 3 weeks PTO - Most people there are friendly and make an effort to get to know you - Company actively shows it cares about the wellbeing of employees - Office building is beautiful, office space is well maintained

      Cons

      - Training is not well structured. Often times I felt thrown into situations with far too little guidance beforehand. - Open office layout in the Chicago office was not my favorite, personally. Too loud and too many distractions during the workday. - Was often given conflicting information on how to do things while I was learning how to perform my job duties

      Pros

      During my short time here, (6 months!) I’ve noticed how my perspective has changed; I’ve become much more motivated in the workplace, dedicated to driving change, and just an all-around happier person. These things wouldn’t be so notable if it weren’t for all the people at CDH. A lot of companies claim to be about culture, but CDH truly embodies their culture and beliefs: “Dedicated to supporting employee dreams and being difference makers for our clients and the community.” and “Honest, meaningful and lasting relationships with those who share our values.”

      Cons

      There are three separate offices, and it would be great to be able to interact with everyone on a more regular basis.

      There are no good reasons to work here.

      Cons

      Want professional talent but workers are treated like slaves. No leadership at all. Managers only have title because they sold services. They cant and aren't expected to manage. Even if work is caught up the expectation is to stay at the office to look like a team player. Offers unlimited vacation but only a few chosen actually are allowed. Salary is distorted when the amt of hours and lack of PTO are considered. HR is non existent. Turnover is about 40%. Employees are nothing more than slaves and when they wisen up they are disposed of and replaced with unknowing college kids. Forced to attend events to generate income for the firm. All on personal time.
