You learn to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Cons

Account managers are not able to get along with people and to motivate you. You are considered like a number and not like a person; if you do not perform within the first 6months you are fired. That is why you can see a lot of turnovers. Therefore, the environment is extremely stressful and the possibility to move up in you career path is extremely low. Employers and colleagues are not interested in building relationship with you; particularly if you are not british.
