Pros
It was the best paying job around. I was exposed to other web programmers in Charleston, WV that I wouldn't have been normally. I had a lot to give back to these other programmers.
Cons
Once the contract is done, then you are done. They tried to find me a job, but I don't think it was handled very well. Also, they kept promising me there were other jobs out there, but when it came down to it, there was nothing.
