Pros

Amazing people work here! When things are on the upswing there is a lot of understanding for flexibility on work schedules. Middle management was amazing - some of the best out there! PTO is great if you are able to use it! Some good tools and training were provided.

Cons

Executive leadership thinks they know best and fail to listen to their tenured employees that know what they are talking about and the lack of empowerment is just sad. Work life balance is usually non-existent - If you like living to work instead of working to live - this would be great for you. The turnover of some amazing and tenured folks in key roles this year was really sad to watch. Hopefully things are getting better for the great people left!

Pros

Good money. Most of the employees are great. Moderately flexible work schedule but don't plan on taking a vacation...

Cons

The money makes it difficult to leave and go somewhere else. Like an abusive relationship... Harassment is commonplace. This is known by high level management but swept under the rug. Anyone that speaks out against it is either held back from promotion, given lesser raises, or even terminated for bogus reasons. There is now a culture of fear that causes the employees to not speak up when they see discrepancies and issues.

Pros

The Atlanta office was a pleasant environment to work in. Benefits were decent if you were regular staff.

Cons

they did not pay what people were worth, and they have no reservations about laying people off which gives the feel that they don't cause their employees.
