They care about their employees. Benefits are great. Their HR support is excellent. Good tools for engineers.

Cons

They could use more clients and therefore more projects. Although CDI appears to be very competitive, so is the engineering landscape.

Working at cdi had flexible hours, relatively simple work consisting of drafting, fun group to work with.

Cons

No opportunity for upward mobility, mass layoffs, boring work. While I was there everyones hours were cut which threatened our benefits and full time status.
