      Pros

      flexible in work schedule. not micro managed - able to work independently if performance/metrics are met. positioning itself for a great forward strategy.

      Cons

      Software issues and slow to implement a change in software. OVer the past few years a lack of cross selling between the different verticals - although looking to improves going forward.

      Pros

      Fun, supportive place to work. Team members of smaller teams are definitely supportive and family like. There is an overall company camaraderie and we definitely come together for big group events and theme days.

      Cons

      Management could handle situations better, I also feel that upper management doesn't always know what is going on in the lower ranks and that they rely too much on other people to make decisions.

      Flexibility. Management was pretty flexible with allowing employees to work from home.

      Cons

      Fragment offices. Divisions did not share info with one another. When they did, it seemed forced and there was never any follow through on recommendations.
