      Pros

      I have always felt that my opinion mattered. Flat organization meant that your voice was heard all the way up through senior management. Safety and quality are second to none and i should know as I've worked at a few other EPC firms.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule. The majority of the team has impeccable integrity, teamwork mentality, and professional to work alongside. Awesome clients and fairly stable work.

      Cons

      Grossly incompetent/abusive leadership in a handful of positions that is painfully obvious and remains unchecked. Increases barely exist, insurance is very expensive w/ poor coverage.
