      There are no Pro's to the cost of healthcare in the New York. The costs have skyrocketed and the benefits have become increasingly declined by the Insurance companies.

      Cons

      The costs have skyrocketed and the benefits have become increasingly declined by the Insurance companies. With the large deductibles and the confusing annual signup, the system of affordable health care is a socialist system set up in a capitalist insurance system.

      Pros

      The projects you are working on are interesting, management is fantastic, coworkers are simply the best, and the facility is nice.

      Cons

      The benefit package could be better. The paid holidays is minimal, you go from New Year's Day to Memorial Day without a paid holiday. The retirement plan is only a 401k with extremely minimal company match.
