It's good for a paycheck, for now

Cons

It could not be more clear that this company is dying. Good people are being put into lower and lower positions, though they keep hiring cheap new people because they need revenue, and they make their money from you getting hours. I would not be surprised if they told me tomorrow this company is done and my job is over.

Decent pay and decent work for GE in the springdale office, some opportunity for learning and adding job experience after college

Cons

very expensive benefits, very low morale, no career opportunities other than management, little/no job security, always an emphasis on making money today and no planning for tomorrow
