Pros

401K is a good thing even though they don't match your contribution. With all that this company makes. Why not?

Cons

they don't like other agencies support their workers. Cause if they did their clients would treat workers like they do and get a way with it. They will furlough workers at clients whim. They will reduce your pay at anytime to allow the client to enhance their bottom line.

- Stable company that does pay on time. - When on client's site, allowed a great measure of freedom and not a lot of crushing micromanagement. - Good work experience.

Cons

- No raises - No cost of living increases - Verbally told 30 paid vacation days, reality is nowhere near that - Only method of pay increase is to switch into another role - Lack of communication from corporate, aside from boilerplate emails about increasing growth and increasing cross-group synergy. (No exaggeration) - They just hired on an executive from Lehman Brothers...
