Pros

The collaborative nature at my position and within my group is amazing. Everyone is friendly and helpful and if it wasnt for this aspect, I am guessing many people would be more inclined to look elsewhere.

Cons

The job changes frequently, involving some other groups that are difficult to work with and you may not be doing exactly what you were originally hired to do. Raises/promotions are hard to come by.
