      Pros

      I have worked here for over 2 years now and love the people and work environment. It is a very laid back place to work. If you are willing to negotiate then your pay could be comparable to those in the industry.

      Cons

      It isn't a very stable company to work for, however, it does seem that they are trying to fix that issue. The benefits are not great with high health insurance costs.
