      The pay was good and the hours were flexible.

      They would tell me to take days off until they had more work. It was not consistent nor well-managed.

      Pros

      The management at CDI was very flexible with employees. If you need to take time off, for whatever reason, they would accommodate you. Professional environment and the salary and benefits were very competitive.

      Cons

      The projects we worked on were not the best. We committed to too many projects that had a low budget and not enough man hours and it hampered the quality of our work.
