Pros

CDI has an online university that provides hundreds of educational tools and resources. My recruiter was professional and friendly. CDI is very organized technically in their communications to the contractors. CDI bends over backwards to make sure you do not miss or forget to submit your hours.

Cons

Their medical insurance is very high and I have always had and still do have a clean bill of health.

Good pay. Good office environment.

Cons

lay offs seem to happen too often, making it an unstable work environment. Not a lot of room for growth. Crazy expensive benefits for those with families.
