      Pros

      People respect each other. The company cares. Good benefits for the employees. Management works very hard at educating and promoting employees

      Cons

      company needs to work better at maintaining its government contracts to stabalize work flow. Upper management needs to be more mindful to buffer imbalanced policies handed down from their superiors.
