      Pros

      Great team of people working there that do amazing things under insane deadlines with little support!

      Cons

      Difficult to impossible to become a real employee. They will keep you as a temp if possible. I was able to negotiate full time employment but as a contractor and after 6 years when I expected to be hired after being given a raise I was laid off the following week instead.

      I've had a job for 3 years but beyond that there is no pay increases and no beneifits

      Cons

      No increase in pay in 3 years after trying multiple times. No benefits

      Great direct management for internal employees

      Pros

      There is a lot of work to be done by recruiters, lots of action going on but that seems to be lost on the way up the totem pole. Flexible managers make for a great work environment and communication is key with weekly one on ones.

      Cons

      Some, not all, CEO's forget who makes the money. Commission structure is not normal in today's market, especially when working on National Accounts.
