      Pros

      if you don't like to work then go work for CDI.

      Cons

      If you like being bored and not doing anything then choose CDI. Benefit is the worst I have seen. No 401k match offered. Medical is crap. They want to turn you into a sales guy rather than keeping you busy with real work. They also will make sure to burn you out when there is work to do. Handling 3-5 clients at the same time. If you don't have a life then CDI is the place for you. They will reach out to you in the middle of the night to come work. Or ask you to work till late. Worst place to work. I fired them without notice. Made sure they didn't see it coming

      Job itself was not stressful; got to speak with all types of people all across the country.

      Management was not good; seemed to thrive on pitting team members against each other.
