      Warm environment with good pay, but expensive insurance.

      Pros

      Salary is excellent, they pay weekly. Account manager is responsive and supportive, very friendly professional treatment of employees. Excellent CBT training resources online.

      Cons

      Family insurance can run you over $300 per week (ouch). Get your time sheets in on time or don't get paid that week.

      Pros

      flexible in work schedule. not micro managed - able to work independently if performance/metrics are met. positioning itself for a great forward strategy.

      Cons

      Software issues and slow to implement a change in software. OVer the past few years a lack of cross selling between the different verticals - although looking to improves going forward.

      Pros

      PTO - if you have been there more than a year. Some positions are remote.

      Cons

      Benefits, PTO, limited resources in terms of staff. Does not look at the big picture to invest as they should in technology. Most management out of sight and out of mind. Most management just don't get it - spend to much time sitting on the throne and not going out and meeting with the masses.
