A lot of autonomy They are enthusiastic to keep people They provide good benefits and education to employees

Cons

Very little interaction with CDI representative - usually initiated by employee Not much communication, i.e. classes available, etc. No information about how to advance.

Coworkers are great, work atmosphere is welcoming. The employees care about their jobs and each other. Decent time off policy

Cons

They no longer care about the employees. Every higher management person cares only about themselves and not about the people that work for them. Overworked and underpaid is the new company line.
