      Good place to work, but don't expect any advancement

      Pros

      Good work / life balance Decent compensation in comparison with their competition Flexible with time off (at least for my position)

      Cons

      No raises under any circumstances. No communication other than work reduction notices and overtime restrictions. No benefits package of which to speak.

      There is flexibility with hours.

      The benefits are horrible and there is no possible growth with the company. It is all about head count and not about the employee.

      They allow flexible work hours.

      Cons

      Worst benfits I have ever seen. Even as a contractor the benifits were better. No comunication from upper managment. You are just a number and have no other value than that. If the economy cuts into there bottom line, be assured they will cut your salary. in two years many have lost over 13% of there pay.
