salay is about average, mangers are ok , just the benfit center is not very responsive

Cons

no traing no chance to grow, very bad benfit pachage, you get only pay time off which pays for your holidays and no sick time and very little vacation

Pros

Fun, supportive place to work. Team members of smaller teams are definitely supportive and family like. There is an overall company camaraderie and we definitely come together for big group events and theme days.

Cons

Management could handle situations better, I also feel that upper management doesn't always know what is going on in the lower ranks and that they rely too much on other people to make decisions.

At least they paid on time.

Cons

Things haven't changed. The management is clueless as to how to lead their teams, especially in this type of economy. There is very little training and the processes are convoluted and not effective. The managers try to make people work harder by making people compete against other teammembers for silly prizes. THIS DOESN'T BUILD TEAM CAMRADERIE!!!!
