Pros
They don't bother you. They allow you to do your job and check in occasionally to see if you're doing okay. I've only asked them for a few things and they were very responsive. Apparently churn within the administrative towers is high since I've had 10 or so different account managers over the last 6 years and many different payroll administrators.
Cons
I was a contractor. No promotions, no raises, no perks. Healthcare is offered at a high price. No assistance from the company. Employee pays 100% of cost. 401k is offered, no matching.
