      Pros

      CDI is a large national company and has some pretty good large customers

      Cons

      Lots of turnover of executive management, strategy changes every 2-3 months. Executives of the company do not come from staffing and it is obvious that they don't know what they are doing.

      CDI Corp is a good company to begin your career with if you want to work for and create relationships within companies that carry heavy brand recognition as a contractor or vendor. Use as a stepping stone to achieve your goals of networking with extremely intelligent & gifted individuals in the companies you're contracted to work. My coworkers and manager are amazing people. They are inspirational, hardworking, and are goal oriented. Easily one of the best parts to working here.

      Cons

      The health benefits, no overtime, vacation policy (5 days / year) and the archaic use of Internet Explorer to perform payroll & other admin duties.
