      Pros

      Good salary, good work life balance

      Cons

      No job security, constant lay-offs, executive leadership has no clue what they're doing as they have no experience in the staffing business so they are constantly changing directions as they try to figure it out. Unless this is the only job you can find I would recommend you stay away....even if they entice you with a higher salary than what you are currently making.

      Pros

      I enjoyed my co-workers, the pay was decent..and they have free fruit and coffee.

      Cons

      HORRIBLE Site Management, lack of respect, low morale, toxic work environment, constant lay offs, and the employees are not valued, your just a number. The management moves at 100 mph with no direction...HR refuses to do anything about the complaints they've received. It's a COMPLETE disaster.

      Pros

      They have a very good Performance Management Process that I like how they are always working with managers to help in identifying to employees regarding performance.

      Cons

      The salary and wage increase leaves a great deal to be desired. Work load is exceedingly high. Work hours are long. Quality of life is not something upper management considers when project timelines and deadlines are formulated. The health benefits are very expensive and offer very little in terms of cost breaks for RX or doctor's copays. Employees have to pay for Short Term Disability which means if you don't buy it and need it, you're out of luck!
