Pros

Great people to work with (for those who will still be there, extremely high employee turn around), will learn a lot about drafting and GD&T

Cons

Everyone is looking for a new job, employees arent happy, low promotions (1-2% a year), willing to offer more money to employees only after they give their notice

Good pay. Good office environment.

Cons

lay offs seem to happen too often, making it an unstable work environment. Not a lot of room for growth. Crazy expensive benefits for those with families.

Pros

I've worked for CDI for about 8 months and it has been a great experience. They have decent pay and benefits. I also feel that they really care about their employees and try everything they can to help improve the experience.

Cons

The only real downside I have about this job is that you have to use your PTO on holidays if you want to be paid on them.
