Pros

Good pay and a good local office environment.

Cons

While the local office vibe was good the large corporate presence was there. Every so often someone would come from corporate to seemingly berate the office and kill any motivation. The company is very bloated on the manager side. Way too many managers who like any technical ability while being paid significantly more than those that are actually doing work. The company is notorious for over staffing based on presumed work load then being forced to layoff. When lay-offs come they keep the incompetent managers while laying off those who can actually deliver projects and work. Minimal to no on the job training.

Pros

Best reason is the flexible work schedule. You are given the flexibility to work from home half the week. And if you are sick or have other reasons you cannot be at work you are allowed to work from home.

Cons

Cons are that with the rising inflation you are not getting an equal amount of raises to match it. Also the benefits are mediocre at best, I cannot afford the insurance. And 401k matching is poor. As well as vacation hours accrued is too little of an amount.
